Site Selection
The Olathe Chamber of Commerce staff is available to assist you in locating hotel, meeting facilities and attractions. Our staff can arrange site tours and other related services:

• Reservation and meeting planner assistance
• Special group rates at local hotels
• Group tour itinerary planning
• Direction assistance and referrals

Speakers
CVB staff can make arrangements for a welcome address by chamber staff or city officials and guest speakers from our chamber membership.

Registration
Registration table assistance or hospitality table with Olathe Visitor Guides that provide information about area attractions, dining, and shopping. 

Welcome Bags
The Olathe Convention and Visitors Bureau can provide welcome bags with Olathe promotional items and Olathe attraction literature.

Promotion
Assistance can be provided in acquiring local media coverage to promote your event in the community. The Olathe Chamber of Commerce will also promote your event on our website, at Chamber Coffees (a weekly networking event with over 200 attendees), and in any other manner that you may require barring that it does not cause a conflict of interest for the Chamber. The Chamber can also promote any volunteer opportunities that may involve community partners.
