All featured state destinations receive free matching editorial with advertisement in their corresponding featured state issues, including contact information and facility/area information. In addition, matching editorial includes the following by ad size:

Display Advertisements

Ads are accepted if done on Mac in InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator. We accept .pdf, .tif or .eps files. Be sure to include/embed fonts and only use CMYK images at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Files less than 8 megabytes may be emailed to Amy@MidwestMeetings.com. Contact us for our FTP site for files larger than 8 megabytes.
