Tracy Jonas, Sales Manager

Tracy is new to Midwest Meetings, but not to advertising sales. Before she joined Midwest Meetings, Tracy worked as a sales representative for a local newspaper for nearly six years.

A Brookings native, Tracy graduated from South Dakota State University with a journalism/advertising degree.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, running, reading magazines and sewing.

Q&A with Tracy...

If you could be a tree, what kind of tree would you be, and why?
I'd be any tree, because that would mean I finally have the stick figure I've always wanted.

What do you believe is your "inner animal," and why?
Although it is hard to tell from my gentle and meek presence, inside of me is a tiger just waiting to get out. Ode to be a cat... napping all day, prowling all night... I can ignore you when I want and when you ignore me, I can shed all over you. To walk around like I own the place, yet with none of the financial commitment or upkeep duties. To have my only concern be of where to nap today... which spot will get the most sun.

Where would you like to visit, and why?
Las Vegas, baby! Momma needs a new pair of shoes... Lights. Action. Attraction. Satisfaction. Never a dull moment. Always changing. And who doesn't love a good buffet at 3:00 in the morning...
