There’s a new event venue in town, and its versatility – and beauty – is sure to impress. Housed within the International Interior Design Association’s (IIDA) newly opened downtown Chicago headquarters, the IDEA Studio is a hub of social and educational activity both day and night. From training sessions and panels to cocktail parties and awards presentations, the multipurpose IDEA Studio is equipped to hold up to 125-150 guests and can accommodate a variety of seating styles for an array of events. Serving as a connector for the design community, the IIDA IDEA Studio also appeals beyond its base and welcomes groups of all kinds. |
More than simply a single room, the 2,800-square-foot space spills into a well-appointed corridor complete with eclectic rugs, artisan ceramics and modern seating. Breakout rooms, meeting rooms and a 224-square-foot catering kitchen are also available on site. No matter the occasion, event goers will appreciate the impeccably styled space situated on East Wacker Drive with sweeping city views. It’s a venue that is stylish yet practical and captures the spirit of the Windy City. The IDEA Studio is located on the second floor of One Illinois Center at 111 E. Wacker Drive. http://www.iida.org/content.cfm/idea-studio |
