With nearly 12,000 votes cast in our final round of voting for Michigan’s best small town, six votes separated winning Eaton Rapids from runner-up Charlevoix.
“You can’t imagine how excited I am about this,” said Eaton Rapids City Manager Jon Stoppels. “Just to be nominated was the biggest honor, that somebody from outside of our little town recognized us as this quaint and historic place.”
