Loews Chicago Hotel introduces Flavor by Loews Hotels, an innovative food and beverage experience serving up the best of Chicago’s local flavor right within the four walls of the hotel.
Continuing to roll out nationally across the brand, and currently in 21 hotels, Flavor by Loews Hotels is built on partnerships with artisan food & beverage vendors ranging from bakers to ice cream makers.
The indigenous products are showcased on menus across the brand’s portfolio, enabling guests to experience a taste of the destination without ever having to step off property.
- Making Chicago sweeter since 2004, the Chicago Honey Co-op is a registered agricultural cooperative in the State of Illinois with 19 members. In addition to keeping bees and harvesting honey, the Chicago Honey Co-op practices and advocates for sustainable agriculture and raising awareness of the natural environment. Chicago Honey Co-op tends to the bees and harvests raw honey from chemical free beehives at three apiaries across Chicago. Loews Chicago Hotel will feature Chicago Honey Co-op honey in a cocktail at Streeterville Social as well as offer a honey-infused treatment in Spa at Loews Chicago.

Loews Chicago Hotel is excited to offer Here cold-pressed juices, which extract the juice from Midwestern fruits and veggies in its purest form. Cold-pressed juicing keeps minerals, enzymes, nutrients, and vitamins intact by eliminating oxidation. Here cold-pressed juices will be available in ETA Restaurant + Bar as well as through banquets.

Started in 2010, the brewery operates out of two locations, the original brewpub in Logan Square, and the nearby production brewery in Avondale. Loews Chicago Hotel has partnered with Revolution Brewing to create an exclusive beer, Zephyr – a low ABV Golden Ale (4.8%) that combines the hops used in Revolution’s multi-award winning ‘Cross of Gold’ with a new hop variety. The result is mild and crisp with a delicate hop finish. Zephyr is exclusively available at Loews Chicago Hotel in ETA Restaurant + Bar, The Lobby Lounge, and Streeterville Social.
