When you add culinary adventure with locally sourced food, however, that experience can become much more realistic and closer to home. As Executive Chef at the InterContinental Milwaukee Hotel, I have the pleasure of debarking on culinary adventures every day at Southeastern Wisconsin’s first rate farmer’s markets and other great local culinary purveyors.
