Chateau On The Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center In Missouri Receives The Coveted AAA Four Diamond Award For 18th Year
BRANSON, MO (March 2016) – Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center, located in the picturesque Ozark Mountains overlooking pristine Table Rock Lake in Southwest Missouri, has received the coveted AAA Four Diamond Award for the 18th consecutive year. The resort is in an elite circle of AAA Four Diamond winners, as only 4% of the more than 58,000 AAA-rated establishments attain this high level of excellence. It is the only hotel or resort in Branson to hold the prestigious AAA Four Diamond rating in 2016.
“Receiving the AAA Four Diamond Award for the 18th consecutive year is a very prestigious honor that reflects what an outstanding choice Chateau on the Lake Resort & Spa is for leisure travelers, meetings, conventions, incentive travel programs, and events,” said Stephen Marshall, the resort’s vice president and general manager. “We also are very proud to receive this award, as it recognizes our entire staff for consistently doing a great job, as well as our recently renovated guest rooms and suites, outstanding amenities and dining, the truly beautiful setting, and our resort’s ideal location near Branson’s many appealing and diverse attractions and shows.”
Mike Right, AAA vice president, said, “AAA Four Diamond winners like Chateau on the Lake Resort & Spa are a cut above the rest as they consistently deliver a truly memorable experience, complete with superior personal service, quality amenities and ambiance.”
The AAA Four Diamond symbol will be included in the resort’s listing in the 2016 edition of AAA’s Missouri TourBook guide. AAA’s 55 million members in the United States and Canada depend on AAA publications to assist them in their travel-related decisions. Hotel and restaurant ratings, along with area points of interest, are also available at AAA.com.
AAA’s team of full-time professional field inspectors conduct over 70,000 unannounced evaluations of hotels and restaurants and assign a rating of one to five diamonds to qualifying establishments in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. AAA has included lodging information in its travel publications since the early 1900s. The association began rating hotels and other accommodations in 1963, adopting the Diamond symbol in 1977.
