Air travelers are dealing with increasingly crowded airports and, in many cities, terminals that are bursting at the seams or under construction.
But according to the J.D. Power 2016 North America Airport Satisfaction Study, airports are getting better at pleasing passengers by steadily improving everything from check-in technology and security screening to baggage handling and food, beverage and retail shopping experiences.
