A Columbus developer unveiled plans on Tuesday for a 23-acre project next to the Arena District that would include two residential towers, a conference center, two hotels, a grocery store and a mini downtown lined with restaurants, shops and upper-level apartments.
The project, called the Grand Central, would be "a district of its own," said Brian Schottenstein, president of Schottenstein Real Estate Group, the development company.
Schottenstein called the project potentially the "biggest and nicest high-end" project of its kind in central Ohio.
