The upgrade was an initiative that AHC+Hospitality conceptualized based on the feedback that millennials are more casual. The new uniforms artfully reflect the sophisticated yet unpretentious nature of the hotel, creating a polished look.
Other notable changes include new casual and fashion-forward looks from the historic Amway Grand Plaza, who chooses to not wear white pocket squares. The Courtyard Grand Rapids Downtown has opted for lighter colors, Polo shirts and khakis.
