Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show begins at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are available now for only $12.50. Those with a military ID receive a discounted ticket price of $7.
Rounding out a weekend full of musical tributes, the entertainment continues at the Lodge on Saturday, June 10 with the Carpenters Once More. For golfers, the Lodge’s 39th annual HK’s Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament weekend will be held June 2-4. This tournament was started by Harold Koplar, founder of The Lodge of Four Seasons, to raise money to open a hospital in the lake area. Today, HK’s tournament still supports Lake Regional Hospital. The weekend event features a VIP party, silent auction, and golf tournament, and this year’s honorary chair is Deron Cherry, Kansas City Chiefs safety.
In addition to these special events, Hot Summer Nights on Bagnell Dam Strip will be held on select Fridays all summer long — May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, and September 8 — and is free and open to the public. All makes and models of cars, trucks, and motorcycles will line the Strip and cruise around the area as this year’s event celebrates “The Mother Road,” with the theme of “Route 66 — Cruising Time Again!” The Lodge is located five minutes from the Strip, and special room packages are available for Hot Summer Nights weekends.
