Susan works for Midwest Meetings as the Office Manager, handling all the day-to-day operations of the office. She graduated from the University of New York with a bachelor of science in  Liberal Arts.

Susan is also a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. In her spare time, Susan enjoys traveling and meeting new people. She also enjoys quilting and outdoors activities including boating, camping and hiking.
