In the Spring 2017 issue of Midwest Meetings® magazine, Emily Giunta of CLE, Inc detailed various ways to use projection mapping in the article Project Your Brand. Here are 5 tips to help you build a projection mapping plan for your next meeting or event.
1. Though projection mapping can be expensive, it can be accomplished in an affordable manner. Stick to your budget. Be realistic with your goals, wants, and needs. Use your resources wisely and creatively.
2. The larger the space, the more projection mapping will cost due to the number of total projectors needed. Focus on the best focal points of your event, to help save money. Think about the places guests visit or see most.
4. The use of movement, storytelling, and interactivity can help produce the excitement experience you seek. Choose a format to build emotional resonance and visual impact.
5. Plan ahead and have a solid plan. Timing is essential on both sides of the process. Last minute changes can affect overall quality and your budget.
