Visit Hendricks County Visitor Guide Receives Statewide Honor

The Indiana Tourism Association awarded Visit Hendricks County with a Best Visitor Guide honor during last week’s Indiana Tourism Awards presented by Midwest Living in Clarksville, Ind.

The Best Visitor Guide Award (Among Marketing Budgets over $300,000) honors the best digital or printed guide statewide. Visit Hendricks County completely redesigned its Visitor Guide in 2017 to a 34-page, full-color magazine that more than doubled its size and packed in amazing imagery and unmatched local content describing the best places to shop, eat and enjoy in Hendricks County.

The out-of-state judges liked the guide’s clean design and blog-style content. “One loved how Visit Hendricks County wanted to reinvent their guide and appreciated the fact that they got creative and did their research.”
