 | Inaugural Awards to Honor SPIN Members SPINCon’s first Rosie Awards were given to planners Tom Anderson, CMP and Terry Matthews-Lombardo, CMP for their contributions to SPIN. The award, a giant silver cup signifying that with SPIN our cups always overflow with support from one another, is in recognition of SPIN volunteers who have gone above and beyond with their dedication to the organization. “Rosie Ledesma-Bernaducci, CMP, was an early supporter of SPIN and was a firm believer in giving back,” said SPIN founder Shawna Suckow, CMP. “When she took her life a few years ago, we all were devastated. She was the impetus that led us to change the format of our conference (SPINCon) to focus on the whole individual, not just the business side.” |
