Congratulations to the Midwest Meetings® CMP Scholarship Recipient, Lisa Calhoun

Lisa Calhoun is the Director of Sales at DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport in Michigan.  She has been in the hotel/event industry for 20 years and a MPI member for more than 14 years.

"Being a part of MMPI, you really are immersed in the CMP culture. Talking about the CMP Exam, CMP designations, and CEs are something that is a regular and natural part of the conversation. Especially with the Board of Directors, even though only about 50% of our Board are CMPs. Now, I am the President Elect for MPI Michigan Chapter. As I prepare to take over as President of our Chapter on July 1, 2016, I truly look forward to starting my year as president with a CMP exam and designation. "
