Grand Wayne Convention Center — a premier Midwest meeting and convention facility located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana — announces the appointment of Marissa Best in the Center’s newly created role of Guest Experience Manager, a position designed to engage guests and to help create a unique and memorable experience while visiting Grand Wayne Convention Center and downtown Fort Wayne. Best, formerly with Oakwood Resort in Syracuse, Indiana, steps into this role to guarantee client satisfaction and ensure that guest needs are met at Grand Wayne Center’s “beyond expectation” level.
The Guest Experience position at Grand Wayne Convention Center is unique and a new concept for the industry. As an additional resource offered to all clients, its key role is to help transform their meetings, conferences, and conventions into exceptional experiences and is another way the Center is setting a higher standard among event facilities.
