The 31st Annual St. Charles Scarecrow Fest – saw thousands of residents and visitors from across the state and around the country, come together in St. Charles over the course of the three-day festival to vote for their favorite scarecrow creations from more than 100 entries on display. Darius Grigaliunas, the newest board member of the Greater St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau, presided over the closing ceremonies on the Arcada Theatre Zone’s Entertainment Stage, at Lincoln Park.
