Pabst Mansion In 1890, president of Pabst Brewing Company and one of the city’s celebrated original beer barons, Captain Frederick Pabst, decided to build a grand home with his wife Maria. Completed just two years later, Pabst Mansion not only became one of the finer homes in the city but also the site of many Pabst family celebrations. More than a century later, Pabst Mansion continues to be a sought-after venue for a variety of events from corporate celebrations to receptions to dinners. Attendees enjoy the Gilded Age architecture and Victorian décor on each of the mansion’s three floors and outside on its spacious front yard green space. Caterers specializing in authentic fare and performers playing period music are great ways to round out event-goers’ Pabst Mansion experience. |
