Last week, Cincinnati hosted more than 400 of the country’s top meeting planners in the faith and medical markets, along with representatives from Ohio-based associations, for three appointment-only trade shows hosted by Connect Meetings.
Meeting planners in attendance collectively represented about 130,000 hotel room nights and more than $26 million in visitor spending. As the host city, Cincinnati showcased its more than $2 billion investment in the redevelopment of the city’s core, and highlighted the city’s unique venue offerings like the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the Marriott Kingsgate Conference Center, among others.
