Sharonville Convention Center Expansion
The Sharonville Convention Center is set to double its exhibition space from 20,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet with its upcoming expansion, expected to be complete in 2021. The expansion will also add a ticket office, a kitchen, additional bathrooms and more storage space. This LEED-certified facility currently features 19 rooms with 65,000 square feet of function space plus more than 1,000 on-site, free parking spaces.
Viking Village at Princeton Schools This new $6 million state-of-the-art athletic and theater complex is located just steps from the Sharonville Convention Center. It is an LEED certified facility that features a world-class arena, indoor pool and auditorium – great for meetings, presentations, training and educational programs, team building activities, sporting events, tournaments, concerts and many other uses. In Q4 of 2019, this new Delta Marriott flagship will have completed a $9.5M renovation and rebrand on the 226 room, 13-story hotel across from the Sharonville Convention Center. Marriott’s newest upscale, full-service brand will offer 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a full-service restaurant, business center, a well-appointed fitness center, seasonal outdoor gathering space and year-round swimming pool.

Tru by Hilton
One of the newest brands of Hilton Worldwide is coming to the Northern Lights District. The modern, select service hotel is located along I-75 is a $14 million project. This 98-room hotel will have a tech focus with electric car charging stations, mobile check-in, digital keys and lobby tablets. It will also feature a 24/7 complimentary coffee and breakfast area.
Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center
A brand new $14 million Hyatt Place connected to the Sharonville Convention Center opened in the summer of 2017. Guestrooms feature the plush Hyatt Grand Bed®, Cozy Corner sectional sofa, mini fridge and a separate workspace. The hotel also offers 2,240 square feet of meeting space in three flexible rooms plus a boardroom, along with free WiFi throughout the hotel, on-site audiovisual equipment and a professional event planning staff to make planning meetings and events a smooth, easy process.

This hotel located directly adjacent to the Sharonville Convention Center recently completed a $2 million renovation including a walk-in saltwater pool, landscaping, firepits, an elevator and a new walkway that now connects guests directly to the Sharonville Convention Center.

Third Eye Brewing Company
Third Eye Brewing Company, a $1.7M Microbrewery & Restaurant, will open in 2019. The 6,000 square foot taproom will feature modern décor, with large retractable windows, garage doors, glass, steel and reclaimed wood. It will also include approximately 3,600 square feet of pet-friendly outdoor space with a covered porch and offer a full lunch and dinner menu.
Summit Park
