 | The Fargo/Moorehead CVB is kicking off the first North of Normal Frostival. This event is going to feature outdoor competitions like snow golf, cardboard sled races, cross-country skiing, and an 'Almost 3k Fun Run/Walk'. For those looking for something more adventurous there is also the polar plunge or 'Snowga' which is snow-yoga.
