
1-1/4 oz Laird’s Apple Jack Brandy infused with fresh Jonathan apples and fresh rosemary
1-1/2 oz Fresh apple juice
1 oz Maple syrup
1/2 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz Grated cinnamon
1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
Fresh rosemary sprig
Infusing the Laird’s Apple Jack:
- Clean and cut into quarters four Jonathan apples
- Gently crush 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp. fresh grated ginger
- Add apples, ginger and rosemary to a half gallon container
- Pour one 750ml bottle of Laird’s Apple Jack over the apples and rosemary. Cover and let sit for a minimum of 48 hours at room temperature.
- Strain the apple jack from the fruit and herbs into sealed jar
- Add cubed ice, infused Laird’s Apple Jack, maple syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously until ice cold
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Add grated cinnamon to the top of the drink
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig

2 oz J. Rieger’s Kansas City Whiskey infused with fresh pear & fresh thyme
1-1/2 oz Fresh squeezed pear juice
3 Dashes angostura bitters
Fresh sprig of thyme
Infusing the Reiger’s Kansas City Whiskey
- Clean and cut into quarters four pears
- Gently crush 10 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Add pears and thyme to a half gallon container
- Pour one 750ml bottle of Reiger’s Kansas City Whiskey over the pears and thyme. Cover and let steep for a minimum of 48 hours at room temperature.
- Strain the Reiger’s Kansas City Whiskey from the fruit and herbs into sealed jar
Building the drink:
- Add cubed ice, infused Reiger’s Kansas City Whiskey, fresh pear juice into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously until ice cold
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
- Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters to top of the drink
- Garnish with fresh thyme

2 oz Orange juice
1/4 oz Agave nectar
Ginger beer
1/2 Sprig of rosemary
Lemon wedge
Building the drink:
- Muddle orange juice, agave nectar, and rosemary
- Fill 16 oz glass with ice
- Strain ingredients over ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with lemon wedge
