• Event body art Are you looking for event entertainment which is fun, helps participants network, and has tons of photo opportunities, lasting long after your event? Laine Too provides interactive entertainment for guests of all ages and is always finding new ways to push the envelope. Some notable organizations they have supported include Live Nation and the House of Blues Chicago, Lollapalooza, Naperville RibFest, and the PAWS Animal Magnetism Gala just to name a few. The best inventions come from necessity, so when Melaine Rubin was searching for entertainment for her daughter’s bat mitzvah celebration, the seed for Laine Too was planted in her mind. Rubin purchased a new-to-the-market glitter tattoo kit and hired two high school girls to apply the tattoos to the guests during their party. After the event, other parents began asking about the ‘company’ she had hired for the glitter tattoos. |
Originating in Northbrook, IL, Laine Too provides unique, temporary body art for any occasion, with three tattoo options; glitter tattoos, airbrush tattoos, and nail tattoos. Clients choose from almost 2,000 signature designs or create custom pieces to match their theme or event. The products used are safe, latex free, and hypoallergenic.
At your event, it works like this: 1. Participants choose their design and desired location for their tattoo. 2. Laine Too artists clean and sanitize the area of skin where the tattoo will be applied. 3. The stencil is placed where the client wants the tattoo. 4. The Laine Too artist then uses their exclusive tattoo product to paint in the tattoo design. 5. Once the stencil is thoroughly painted, the artist will remove the stencil and seal the tattoo with either glitter or a matte finish. If the proper steps are taken to care for the tattoo, it can last up to two weeks. |
The team at Laine Too hopes to inspire meeting planners to think out of the box when it comes to incorporating entertainment like body art into their events. Body art can serve many purposes within the event mix. It can be used as a branding tool labeling attendees with your logo or event emblem, as an interactive experience during receptions or expos, as a “favor” or gift, or as part of a teambuilding exercise at a corporate seminar. Body art is also a great family-friendly option at fundraisers or company picnics. And of course it can be used as a fashion or art statement for performers and other event influencers. When we throw out what we think we know about body art, the possibilities are truly endless.
