Great Ohio Lodges are offering two programs that make it easy to organize a business meeting.
Located in three Southern Ohio State Parks, the Burr Oak, Shawnee and Hueston Woods Lodges & Conference Centers feature business resources, incentives and a goal of hosting meetings so memorable that attendees will want to return for more business or even on vacation.
“Pick Your Perks” is a series of meeting incentives such as meeting room discounts, cookie breaks, gift cards, complimentary guestrooms and more. As the number of room nights that meeting attendees reserve increases, so does the number of perks.
The Conference Centers all feature meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, on-staff meeting planners and audio visual services. Many of the meeting rooms feature large windows with views of forests, lakes and other natural attractions.
In addition to its programs geared toward meeting organizers, the venues offer an unbeatable combination of natural beauty and man-made facilities for those looking to conduct focused meetings and teambuilding activities.
“Businesspeople like to get away from the office to gather with their coworkers and colleagues,” said Tom Arvan, regional manager for Great Ohio Lodges. “Our conference centers aren’t the typical generic meeting hotel. Instead of walls to avoid the great outdoors, we believe in making nature part of the meeting.”
