The upscale select service hotel will be connected to the Sharonville Convention Center, located in the Northern Lights Entertainment District. The six-story, 120-room hotel will allow meeting and event planners the opportunity to fulfill event and hotels needs at one location, maximizing opportunities for social and economic development in the city. With the addition of the Hyatt Place, the city's Northern Lights Entertainment District continues to provide new avenues for hospitality industry growth and job creation. The Princeton School District's recently completed $120 million construction project adds Viking Village to the district: a 2,500 seat, arena style gymnasium, a 1,000 seat performance theater and a 500 seat natatorium. |
