Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, a premier business and leisure hotel located in the heart of downtown St. Louis on the iconic Gateway Arch grounds, announces its new yoga break option for meetings and groups at the hotel. Meeting planners can choose to add a yoga session to their program to refresh their minds and elevate their experience. “Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch is thrilled to offer its new yoga break program for groups and meetings,” said Jennifer Byrnes, director of sales and marketing at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch. “As health and wellness is becoming an important focus for groups, the addition of yoga breaks provides the opportunity for participants to increase their clarity of mind, take a refreshing break, and help towards a more positive and stimulating meeting experience.” |
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch works with Jamie Austin, an experienced yoga instructor, for its yoga break series. In 2016, she opened Mindful Movements yoga studio and her approach to yoga is inclusive and empowering with a slow to moderate pace. In addition to her work at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch and teaching classes at her studio, Austin contributes to Yoga Buzz, a nonprofit that shares yoga as a tool for increasing well-being and resiliency. She is also a member of GirlTrek’s inaugural class of certified health activists, an inspiring health movement that encourages women to use walking as a practical first step to inspire healthy living, families, and communities.
The yoga sessions can take place in the hotel’s meeting spaces, which include the Gateway East or West Ballrooms’ terrace or inside with stunning views of the Gateway Arch as well as the Grand Ballroom and Regency Ballroom which can both accommodate up to 500 guests.
