Wingspread is presently a private conference center in Racine WI. The centerpiece of the facility is the stunning 14,000 square foot National Historic Landmark home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the H.F Johnson family. Shaped like a four-winged pinwheel, the house balances grand spaces for social gatherings in the Great Hall with smaller, more intimate spaces in the wings. Wingspread was given to the Johnson Foundation in 1959 as an educational and conference center. Two other buildings have been added including a Guesthouse and approximately 5,000 square feet of meeting space. |
On behalf of The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread, CBRE Hotels is conducting a confidential market survey to assess the feasibility of offering Wingspread to a larger audience. The purpose of this brief survey is to help evaluate the interest in the proposed property by regional meeting planners.
