by Jim Weiker A Columbus developer unveiled plans on Tuesday for a 23-acre project next to the Arena District that would include two residential towers, a conference center, two hotels, a grocery store and a mini downtown lined with restaurants, shops and upper-level apartments. The project, called the Grand Central, would be "a district of its own," said Brian Schottenstein, president of Schottenstein Real Estate Group, the development company.
