Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar, located at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, has announced the special Stews & Brews menu for hotel guests and local residents. The menu pairs a variety of house-made, hearty stew selections with pints of beer from local-area breweries. “As we enter the cooler fall and winter months, we are excited to announce our annual Stews & Brews menu to provide delicious, hearty dining options for guests to keep warm as the temperatures continue to drop,” said Joseph Bidwell, executive chef at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch and Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar. “The Stews & Brews menu features delicious stews made by our culinary team which are complemented with our wide variety of the area’s best local beers.” |
The Stews & Brews menu features three stews including chicken and dumplings, a hearty beef stew, and Cajun shrimp gumbo. Guests can select from a wide variety of local brews to complement their stew, including Chef Bidwell’s pairing recommendations of the Urban Chestnut’s Fantasyland with the chicken and dumplings, Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling Co.’s Big Bison Ale paired with the hearty beef stew, and the Schlafly Pale Ale with the Cajun shrimp gumbo. The menu is available at Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar throughout the end of the year. Each bowl of stew is $13 and guests will receive $1 off any draft beer pairing selection. |
