USA Today recently put out an article by Christopher Elliott about some of the behaviors that ruin a hotel stay for travelers. The list pointed a finger at hotel staff that are indifferent to the needs of their guests and ignore or lie to them. A few more small annoyances made the list, in the end Elliott pointed out some of the ways to help remedy bad service.
