Justine Mastin, Creator of YogaQuest, demonstrates an easy stretch to help energize your body between meetings.
Here is a great stretch sequence which can be incorporated into any meeting to promote blood flow and release tension:
1. Stand in Mountain Pose (stand strong and tall with arms to your sides), with feet hip-width apart. 2. Stretch your arms overhead. 3. Take your right wrist in your left hand and side-bend over to the left, keeping both feet firmly rooted. 4. Come back to center and repeat to the other side, taking your left wrist in your right hand and side-bending over to the right. 5. Breathe spaciousness into the side body and side ribs. 6. Come back to center and stand tall.
